- K.O., Rad, and Enid have been upgraded from their new team dynamic by Mr. Gar since "Dark Plaza".
- Dendy is wearing a beret as part of her permanent design that continues throughout the rest of the season and in the future. The function of her beret is later explained in "You're a Good Friend, KO".
- Mr. Gar telling K.O., Rad, and Enid not to disappoint him is a callback from "We Messed Up".
- Rad's trait of piloting is referenced from "Be a Team".
- Enid's mime powers is referenced from "Seasons Change".
- Her chronic tummy aches, which still remains a secret from "Wisdom, Strength, and Charisma" is also referenced.
