Powio B. Cardsley III made his debut in "No More Pow Cards". He was the CEO of the Pow Card Factory until he died during the destruction of the factory from an unknown cause.
Physical Appearance[]
Mr. Cardsley was a light pink, anthropomorphic cat, with a buff chest and slim legs. He wore a purple, button up, work jacket, along with a white undershirt, a black tie, small black shoes, and long dark blue pants.
Personality[]
He was very strict and didn't like to be wrong. He grew very upset whenever he was called out for a wrongdoing and would often try to twist people's words to "prove" that he was right. He was also incredibly prejudiced against Kappas based on misconceptions about them.
However, he was willing to hear Dendy out and allowed Dendy to reprogram the Hero Computer to recognize kappas under the impression he would be proven right; after his company made a lot of money from the new untapped market provided by Kappas all over the world buying Pow Cards after the computer starts introducing Pow Cards of heroic Kappas all over the world, Mr. Cardsley thanked Dendy, recognizing that his blind prejudice had ostracized the Kappas and prevented his company from profiting on an immensely untapped market showing that he was a businessman at heart and valued his company's profits.
He also stated this was his way of making his ancestors who founded the company proud.
History[]
"No More Pow Cards"[]
He assumes K.O. and Dendy are lost from the tour of Pow Card Industries. He tells K.O. that the machines does not need fixing and that Kappas do not need Pow Cards because of the negative belief that Kappas "drown people" and that they do not do anything heroic of significant. He makes K.O. mad for the "truth" and that the system does not need to change. He is questioned by K.O. if he knows any kappas personally. Mr. Cardsley asks the Guard Twins to escort them out. He gives in to Dendy when she asks to review the Hero-puter if Kappas does heroic and significant actions. He asks Carla to review the Hero-puter to detect any heroic Kappas. He is in shock to see he is proven wrong and that there are so many heroic Kappas. He thanks Dendy for teaching him about the real truth of Kappas and that Kappas are included in the Pow Cards database. He is excited for how much money the company earns that he swims into it.
"Let's Fight to the End"[]
He dies from an unknown cause, most likely from the explosion of his office caused by T.K.O. and Shadowy Venomous.
"Thank You for Watching the Show"[]
In the "Powio’s Punishment" skit, he is spanked by Crudde and Spanky.
