Pavel is Dendy's father and Pepelina's husband. He is one of the only Kappas that is so far been introduced to the show. He made his first appearance in "No More Pow Cards".

Physical Appearance

Pavel is a lime kappa with a small frog on top of the water that keeps the unseen plate on his head wet. He has black hair on the sides of his head.

He wears a salmon shirt and pastel pants held up by a brown belt with a bronze belt buckle, along with white socks and black sandals.

Personality

Pavel seems to be fun and to like making jokes.

While his abilities are yet to be seen, it is implied he is highly competent since he's level 6.

History

"No More Pow Cards"

He takes Dendy and K.O. to the Pow Card Industries. He jokingly asked if Dendy wants to switch places with him and then said he was fibbing. He and Pepelina drives to Dendy's aunt.

"Parents Day"

He, Pepelina, and Dendy goes to the Parents Day event in the Bodega.
