Neil is a minor character in OK K.O.! Let's Be Heroes who was first seen in the "Enid's Bad Day" short. His first appearance on the show was "Let's Be Heroes."
Physical Appearance
Neil has black hair, and is fair-skinned, with a small thin red nose, he wears a pale yellow cape, a robotic left arm, a red long sleeve shirt with a "N" in the middle, and wears black pants. The lower portion of his legs appears to be mechanical as well.
Personality
Neil aspires to be a comic book-style superhero, but he’s super boring.
In "Let's Not Be Skeletons", Neil is shown to be easily frightened and paranoid, claiming that there are villains everywhere and using his Skeleton Remote on anyone that he thinks is dangerous. He also gets angry and defensive when K.O. suggests people to stop using the Remotes, threatening to zap K.O. with his Remote. However, due to the events of this episode taking place in K.O.'s dream, whether this is Neil's real personality is unclear.
Throughout all his appearances, he seems to be a bandwagon type of guy, easily falling under pressure and is pretty meek on his own. He's also a caring man, especially towards Combo Breaker , treating him like somewhat of a son and supporting him even when he fails.
