"Everybody Likes Rad?" is the 23rd episode of Season 1 of OK K.O.! Let's Be Heroes and the 23rd episode overall.
Official Synopsis[]
When Rad posts a video that goes viral, he tries to milk his 15 minutes of fame.[1]
Plot[]
Rad shoots a video of himself on the roof of Gar's about to set off his own rocket, which comes into collision with him and the camera, causing him to shout "blorp!" upon impact. Enid finds it funny, but K.O. notices Rad's falling from the roof was not present in the video. He is fine and admires his own video too. That is, before he gets hit by the debris and, much to Enid's amusement, utters "blorp" again.
Later in the day, after taking out the trash, the other Lakewood denizens have seen Rad's video and took a strong liking to it, especially his catchphrase to the extent that it has gone viral. Back at the bodega, while K.O. is now amazed at Rad's fame, Enid starts to feel a bit bothered about this notoriety that her friend's been getting, to the point he's been on his phone all night seeing the views of his video increase. Enid then makes a comparison to another video where a bungee jumper was known for a video of himself doing his stunt before his sudden catching on fire caught him attention making him realize to live up to the video associated him to keep up the popularity.
Outside, an event called RadCon 201X is in full swing, honoring Rad and his video. Neil introduces him to the panel stage and gives his speech to his audience, only to be chased off by the crowd wanting him to say "blorp". Afterwards, Rad sees other videos and memes from people following in his footsteps in relation to his catchphrase. He thinks about returning to his old life until a studio director stops by Lakewood Plaza Turbo and invites Rad to star in his movie, to which he accepts.
On set, Rad rehearses his line, which is his usual catchphrase. The director, whose movie is titled "Alien Attack", focuses on a scene where Rad’s rocket combusts and he says the catchphrase. After a successful take on that, he plans to film more scenes with Rad, but each of his lines is just "blorp", with a couple exceptions here and there. He storms off set and checks more "Blorp" memes, but the director intervenes with his optimism to lure him back onto the set, but he tends to have his doubts about it, before stating a newer and cooler alien could grace the screen, to which the director agrees.
Back at Gar's, Rad saunters back inside and decides to leave his fame and fortune behind in favor of his friends and family. Unfortunately for him as an actor, he got replaced by another one in the "Alien Attack" movie. The trio dislike it, and dump the movie into a volcano, thus bringing Rad's fifteen minutes of fame to its end.

Production Notes[]
- The episode originated from two different pitches that complemented into one cohesive episode, as it felt not necessary to be two separate episodes. [2]
Continuity[]
- Enid laughing at the video of Rad getting hurt is a nod to "Presenting Joe Cuppa" due to her love of slapstick comedy.
- Rad uses his "blorp" catchphrase from its previous episode, "Face Your Fears".
- Drupe hangs out with Brandon and A Real Magic Skeleton after they were grouped in a competition from "Plazalympics".
Cultural References[]
- This episode may be a reference to Everybody Loves Raymond.
- When Rad is reading the movie script, one of his dialogs is "Meep Morp", an illusion to Steven Universe as Ian Jones-Quartey was an executive producer on the show.
- Also, one of Rad's dialogs was "Radicles phone home" nodding to E.T.
- These lines were included as all of these come from aliens.
- The replacement actor for Radicles states "Meesa" at one point referring to Jar-Jar Binks from Star Wars.
- When the director shows the portraits of famous actors/actress, the actress resembles Black Widow/Scarlet Johansson.
- The "rugged yet charming leading man" resembles Spike Spiegel from Cowboy Bebop.
